• Option 2: Premium Vendor Membership

(List Up to 200 Items) $0.20 for each item over 200
• How it works: Pay a flat monthly fee and list as many items as you want on our website. You keep 100% of your sales revenue (minus standard transaction processing fees). Best for active creators with multiple items!
• Option 3: Group Shout-Out Boost (Optional Add- On)
• Cost: $5 per shout-out.
• How it works: Pay a one-time $5 fee to get a dedicated feature shout-out boost posted directly to our 18,000+ member Facebook group available whenever you want a boost, whether you are on the Commission or Flat Monthly plan! We will link to your external website, or directly to your collection on our storefront.

• What if my item arrives damaged or goes missing?
We want you to shop with complete peace of mind! If your item arrives damaged or doesn't show up, please contact our site admin directly through our contact page. Do not contact the individual creator. We handle all customer service in-house to make sure you get a replacement or your money back right away.
• How does shipping work for these items?
Because these unique pieces are handmade by different members of our group, your items will be securely packaged and shipped directly from the creator’s home address.
• Will I get a tracking number?
Yes! As soon as the group member ships your order, a tracking number will be sent to your email so you can follow its journey. If you order from more than one creator, your items may arrive in separate packages on different days.
• Can I buy with confidence?
Absolutely. Even though our wonderful group members make and ship these crafts, our website securely processes your payment and fully backs every single purchase. Your satisfaction and security are our top priorities!
